We drive inclusive development by empowering women through sustainable agricultural education focused on ecological recycling principles in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu.

SIMCODESS is a nonprofit organization established in 1990 and has its headquarters in Vellodu, Dindigul District, Attur, Riddiyar Chithiram, and Dindigul Blocks of Dindigul District, Tamil Nadu. We are involved in organic farming activities and camp labor programs. The target area of ​​various activities of the organization includes women, adolescent girls farmers, and children. During the 34 years of its existence, our organization has made several efforts and worked for the betterment of people in need.
Our objectives:
- To ensure the protection and conservation of the green cover of Sirumalai Hills with involvement of community stakeholders and farmers.
- Support and guidance to farmers to sustain organic farming by organizing traditional production systems, seed conservation, and cooperative systems.
- Establish income-raising programs for women belonging to backward communities by forming women's groups to improve economic development in their families.
- Ensure education for all children, particularly girls, by reducing dropout rates and child labor by promoting enrollment in the formal education system.
